Joanne’s Project: Wheelchair Accessible Van
Earlier this year we launched Joanne’s Project: Wheelchair Accessible Van, with donations from the Lunenburg-Queen District Masons, Mahone Bay Area Lions and an Anonymous donor.
On Tuesday, September 6, the Lions of Zone 9 (Lunenburg, Queens and Shelburne counties) chose Joanne’s Project as their Zone Project. This means that they will raise funds to support our efforts to purchase a wheelchair accessible van. Donations from other sources are also welcome, just note that it is for Joanne’s Project.
