Minimum Qualifications
- Required: Valid NS Driver’s License
- Required: Possession or willingness to attain Class 5 driver’s license
- Required: Acceptable driving record/abstract
- Required: Suitable Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Search
- Required: Proof of double covid-19 vaccination
No experience? No problem. We offer a trainee program which will offer you support while acquiring hands on experience. We also help you attain and maintain all required core competency courses (such as first aid, crisis intervention, and medication awareness etc.).

Located in Chester (only 40 minutes away from Halifax and the Valley), we are Nova Scotia’s first and only one-stop all-inclusive residential, vocational and therapeutic service provider for adults living with intellectual disabilities. Our participants are the reason we are here and they have come from across Nova Scotia and beyond to access our services.
